Shops & Shopping
Looe has a good selection of shops, most of which are situated in or close to Fore Street in East Looe. There are also a number of shops in West Looe, overlooking or close to the harbour-side.
Cornish Pasties
Looe has an excellent selection of Cornish Pasty shops, some are traditional bakeries which have long made and sold Cornish pasties and there also some specialist Pasty Shops. Remember to get your pasties in the morning as they may well be sold out if you leave it till later!
Supermarkets
There are a wide range of traditional shops in Looe (Bakers, butchers, greengrocers etc) but only one supermarket (Somerfield, in Fore Street). If you are used to going to a huge hypermarket you'll not find one (yet) in Looe. The nearest is Safeway, just to the south-east of Liskeard, near the A38.
